hey fam, when I am feeling down, I find that if I study the Bible that lifts up my spirit. Reading the Psalms is always encouraging, because in it are promises from God of how He will bless and protect us in our times of need. Jesus said, man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds' out of the mouth of God. The word of God is the Bible. Reading the Bible provides us with Spiritual food to endure our trials. We need to eat our Spiritual food, just like we need to eat our physical food, both nourishes the body and soul. God bless you.

God says behold I stand at the door and knock if anyone hears and opens the door I will come in and sup with him and he with Me. Praying and studying the Bible always brings peace to the soul and mind
