It was a mistake subscribing to this channel - and I say that in a good way 😅. I live in Hawaii, and for the price of this home, you get a run down 2 bedroom plantation house built in the 1950’s. Every video I watch reinforces my thought that I need to get out of here and move to Vegas. Like, seriously. Thanks for the great videos!

Exact reason why my parents moved us out of Hawaii. We lived in small apartments for my entire younger life and never could afford even a small old ass house back on Oahu. Funny thing is I actually live in the Cliffs village now.

Once again, the Toll Brothers designed another beautiful home. One thing I didn’t like is the bedroom by the laundry room did not have a window. It was very dark and like a cave. But overall, beautiful.

There no widow because next door is the sales office. Yes, code requires to have a window in every room. GOOD EYE!
Love it! Toll Brothers does a nice job. I can see us living in that house, I'd have to change the kitchen cabinets, I'm not a fan of the dark wood, I'd prefer grey or white. I never get tired of the Strip view. I'd like to know what the base price is before all the upgrades. It's the upgrades that really finish off the house though. The backyard is fabulous.
Agreed. Although I usually like dark (earthy) woods, I am NOT filling that kitchen color scheme. Nice as it is I half expect Marilyn Manson to come out and fry an egg or sum'thin.
There is so much to love about this house. I love the double indoor/outdoor rooms. Tall, super tall ceilings. Great price. did the second bedroom ( 6:40 ) have any windows?

Beautiful home, I like how the bedrooms are far away enough from each other but I still want to see at least one secondary room a little larger with that said, how about that view I think that's worth 400k at least, great vid and that back yard is the second one with the wow factor

Beautiful home, but the one bedroom didn’t have a window. I live in San Diego and here a bedroom has to have a window in order to be a true bedroom. All of the upgrades in this house must have cost a fortune, but truly gorgeous.
