This is my 1st attempt to cook couscous and I watch many videos about this but yours is the simplest. I like your style. I will give a try to cook this today 😊. Send love from Philippines 🇵🇭
I just cooked it, and it was absolutelly delicious. I usually don't cook with a lot of veggies but I gave it a go and they were so tasty. I used cabbage, yellow and green courgettes, and carrots.
Thank you for your recipe! I have never seen a Chef adding sugar to the Saffron- very interesting! Your first ingredient board includes LIME LEAVES. Did you mean the MAKRUT (kaffir) and what happed to it in the recipe? Did you use it or skipped it? I know the Markut gives a very exotic taste when cooked but your dish is Middle Eastern and I saw Kaffir being used mostly in Thai or Vietnamese cuisine - never in Middle Eastern ( same as with the sugar and saffron). Would you kindly let me know before I cook this great meal?! And I hope you don’t mind telling you this, but You are a Very Beautiful And Classy Lady. God Bless You and Your Family ❤️
Chicken couscous is traditionally a complex dish to prepare but you simplified it beautifully. 😋
Excellent thank you for sharing

Couscous is not a grain . It is a pasta from durum wheat and water.
How long do you cook the chicken in the water?
Very cool . I want to send this food to me😂😂❤️
I what kind of couscous? Is is fine or medium grain? Mine does not look like yours.
Yum
Can you please add ingredient measurements in the description or please link it to a written recipe?
caramal it’s at the beginning of the video ( 0:29 min) check them please 😊)
Is it boneless chicken
She doesn’t use a cutting board? lol
The couscous has to be steamed
J F this is an easy way to cook it and can be done with less equipment 😊
Lose the irritating background music.
