Taekwondo used to be deadliest kicking art. Fast round kicks, strong bonecrushing roundhouse kicks and deadly spinning hook kicks. Fighter kicked with force because there was no touch sensors

guy sparring the elite athlete at 7:50 is surprisingly nimble and fast with his counters. His blocking's pretty air tight.

it shows you what kind of mentality they have. nowhere that I've trained at would this be allowed. the protocols and traditions are respected with real instructors.

It's a training camp, so it's understandable why they don't wear dobok.

Нікіта Лісоўскі old school was during 1950's to 2000's the fighting style of tkd fighters at that time were more violent and fast compared to today's taekwondo, spinning kicks like 360, spinning whip kick, spinning back kick, were more used......new school is more bring crap compared to old school......the best example for an old school fighter would be andre lima......but there are still a couple of fighters who still fights like old school in the new generation...fighters like servet tazegul and levent tuncat are the best examples......
