Over 145 m2. This is a large house. We had the same amount with three children and two dogs. But we didn't have space for five christmas trees. 😂 Very american in this aspect.

We did turn the third bedroom into and office/den/guestbedroom. We don't have a basement or a garage. Storage is a huge issue. We have a shed, an attic in our boathouse and I rent a storage space.

Hi Donna. Our house is 1,300 sq. ft. It's not a tiny house but it's definitely considered small in the area where I live. I think it's deceiving with the angle that I film, the high ceilings and I use furniture that is small in scale so that it creates a more spacious feel. I'm so glad that you like it.

Even though you have a lot of trees, they don't overpower the house. I love the simplicity of the decorations that make each tree shine. Where did you get that tall, skinny tree in the crock by the kitchen? I need one that size for my bungalow :)
That's why it appears spacious, we have high ceilings and I use apartment sized furniture so that the spaces aren't overwhelming. The trees are the slimmest tress that I can find. I hope it's encouraging for people who don't live in larger homes that they too can have a very festive home. Thanks so much for watching.
