Possession ready is a video for all those who were asking for possession without knowing about the actual ground realities of DHA Valley, whether it's possession ready or not.
We have possession in Oleander Block (Homes & Residential plot) & in Lilly Block (Residential Plots), although no one is willing to construct, and the market isn't fetching, much of a profit.
Definitely, we all need clearance in DHA Valley as we have waited for almost an eternity for this projects delivery, but we must request the society to develop rather than requesting for a possession which might have no use for us.

AA. So based on your analysis, DHA should prioritise its activities in the following order:
1) Proper Connectivity between DHA Phase 6 Sector A and DHA Valley. Expansion and completion of This expressway should be the top priority.
2) Water tanks at all locations where possession is possible along with speedy completion of Dhadocha Dam.
3) Connectivity between different sectors
4) Proper demarcation of streets and plots.

Sir, I am retired overseas pakistani & I booked my 8 marla plot in dha valley 15 years ago which balloted in bogen vella block but unfortunately still no plot,
Sir, I will not say anything other than, it's my mistake to invest in pakistan and the punishment of patriotism,

Salutations and respect for your patriotism and sorry for what you are going through. Although I'd like to add, we in Pakistan usually invest for an indefinite period and or waiting for a promise to be delivered, we should get gains when the market gets hot and buy when the market is cold.
The next proper up market will be most probably be 2027, inshaAllah till than or may be before possession will be handed over.

Very sad to know that Gen Naveed Safdar has left from DHA Valley project.
He was realy a hard worker and progressed this project.

You both of the boys explore real facts of this project and pointed out some following points/reasons that unable to DHA valley Mangment for POSSESION.
1. DHA velley has no short or good access/ approach. This is the big and main hurdle.
2. Utilites are not available.
Your areal view is very meaningful and very good.
I am also badnaseeb that purchesed a plot in this valley in 2008 and now 2023.

If they are turning grey now, then the sun is still shining, and this person is still young.
DHA 6 sector A & A1 can be given possession only after clearance of Fazal Inam litigation & connection with B3.
Without connectivity, electricity, gas, water, telephone/internet possession is NOT a good idea.
I agree. Even though everyone wants possession soon I think DHA valley needs a bit more time to sort out the most important things which make possession valid. Then growth and benefit will come with the possession
