My favorite is the serpentine, I like snakes and they had cool molds and names, they were diversive and since they were the first snake villains it didn’t become repetitive down the line

The earlier seasons had more character development for the villain armies, therefore most of them are better

Army wise the shark army probably had the most variety in troops and ranks.
Crystal army, ghosts from posession, nindroids, are the best
The crystal army had such a good built up and they were quite terrifying
I think the best armies in my order are,
The Crystal Army. They are way better than the Overlord’s Stone and Nindroid army combined. The Crystal Army could easily crush Stone and Nindroid warriors like bugs.
The Serpentine. Cold Blooded minions that should appear as minor antagonists more often.
The Oni. Among most dangerous creatures, Oni brought darkness throughout all realms.
Yeah. The Crystal Army is my favorite of all the Armies from Ninjago.

An Army made of Vengestone definitely makes it the most powerful. There’s nothing better than an army made Vengestone in Ninjago.

@TannerFishies I would be really interested in how you would rework the Vermillion army and make them more interesting, varying, entertaining and/or compelling a force to be reckoned with...
The Vermillion could have been great, along with the whole of HoT(I of course LOVE the Vermillion, the generals are so much like siblings and I love their dynamics) All others yeah I agree here.

Good - Legacy Skullkin, Sky Pirates, Legacy Ghost Warriors, Stone Warriors, Pyro Vipers
meh - Vermillion, OG Skullkin, S.O.G, error 404 soldiers, Crystal Army

Here are my top 5 favorite villain armies:
1. The Crystal Warriors
2. The Nindroids
3. The Sons of Garmadon
4. The Serpentine
5. The Vermilion
And here are the top 3 worst villain armies:
1. The Dragon Hunters
2. The Awakened Warriors
3. The Oni
as soon as I saw the Oni They looked brutal and strong and then 10 seconds later when I heard omegas very bad voice I took it all back.
BLAME the writers, we were told that the Oni we're a HUGE threat to Ninjago, and yet we only had 3, 3 1/2 episodes of screen time of them. That is one of my gripes on Ninjago.
Reason... POOR WRITING & DECISION MAKING 😡😡💢
Indeed march of the Oni was too short season to tell the full story of the oni

I personally blame Hunted for hyping them up for the next season.
ngl oni was hyped so much and as soon as omega came he became my favorite villain for 10 seconds until i heard his horrendous voice.
How come The Great devourer was green but yet the vermilion are orange and red explain that Ninjago

How would you rate the ninjago villain's armies minifigures?
You put the Sky Pirates in the third tier and that is an unforgivable sin of the gravest manner.
They deserve a tier of their own at the very top.
My favorite army is actually the Vermillion and the Skull Warriors because of one thing: how they could rebuild after being destroyed. Even though the Vermillion weren’t as good, the Skull Warriors (S13) were pretty good. (My opinion)
Technically, most villains could be rebuilt after being destroyed.
I will like to choose anacondrai because i like them they have generals and they are powerful
Skeletons, Serpentines, Stone army, Nindroids, Anacondrais, ghosts, skybounds pirates, and Vermillions
maybe make one varient for the anacondrai varient of chens henchmen as they also faught in the war
