The amount of ACL injuries in women's football is staggering. They need to research why it's happening
It’s in regards to certain times in the menstruation cycle and the lack of trainers and over worked schedule.

They have found that woman get different injuries to men so they may need to adapt how they play
It's knee flexibility, women have a higher knee flexibility which can hyper extend the knee, with the acl being at the back of the knee it ruptures with the hyper extension
@manadonmafia8439 thanks for trying but ACL stands for Anterior Cruciate Ligament, and the "anterior" part means it is upfront (while posterior is in the back) Most of the ACL injuries are from pivoting, twisting and cutting

iin my younger years i teared both my acls at different times playing hockey not fun but clearly can be overcome well done to Chleo got her team supported her & she had the right doctors. She did the hard work though again well done staying focused & fighting through.
