Yeah, I have watched this many times and wondered what was annoying Maria. My guess is she spent some time getting her hair just so, then the camera crew took her to the most windswept spot they could find to shoot this interview, much to her annoyance.
That's what made her PUNK. I was a young alternative "Punk" and loved this girl and this band because they had an "attitude" that was missing from most of sterile MTV.
