That's a great approach. Divide the models by best use. Then you have guys like me who like just one scope. I have a Venom 5-25X56 on all of my rifles except my M4 A3 with iron sights and a combat zero from the factory.
if you could make the new SPEAR optic in a civilian version for 5k$ it would be a buy once cry once item I could move between my guns, especially if you had a night-vision option that could be shoehorned in.
A better tool ia try others optics, especially different brands. 1 optic from one manufacturer can be totally different from another manufacturer even though like optics
Their AMG line is made in USA, the Razor line is made in Japan, The Viper line and some diamondback scopes are made in the Philippines and their budget lines of scopes are Chinese made.
