    So glad to come across your channel. It's very tricky making recipes that are gluten free. The flour is a hit n miss for some recipes but you make it look so easy. Thanks n keep uploading sis.

    I tried these biscuits they were so yummy and light Thank u ,the only thing when i made them the mixture was abit hard so needed it with hand the made round circular shapes with hand when cooked they melt in your mouth so nice 😁😁💖💖💖

    Hello, this looks delicious! I'm from Mexico, I don't know what gluten-free self-rising flour is nor gluten-free regular flour, I've seen rice flour, almond flour, coconut flour... what can I use to cook this?

      you can use rice flour with baking powder

      @@pilysha you can use any flour you want. It’s fine. They will just be different in texture. I also use coconut flour

      Hi Pixie Lee. Yes definitely you can add 1 teaspoon of baking powder when you are using gluten free plain flour.

      Hi. You can use only gluten free self raising flour or gluten free plain flour for people who cant have gluten.
      I have never used any alternative for egg personally but i have seen people using aquafaba (water in chickpea can) or apple sauce as an alternative for egg

      Yes you can make with normal flour too if you are not intolerant to gluten or have coeliac.

      It helps with binding i am not sure if it will result the same but if there are any alternatives that you are aware of that you can use instead of eggs, you can try that.

    180 degrees? I thought that temperature sounded super low but I followed your directions and the dough wasn't cooked at all. I had to rebake them at a higher temp. Strange! What did I miss 😅😅

    So in order to make this a bit healthier I recommend swiching butter for coconut oil and white sugar for some kind of brown ❤

    Not worth a try 😞 i was so excited for the gluten free cookies but they were fine from outside & burnt from inside tho i only bake for 2 mins!!!

      So sorry about it. Have you followed the complete recipe and the required oven temperature? Sometimes oven can cause problems tbh i have made cookies with this recipe several times idk what went wrong at your side.
