Solana is junk. They fake count their transactions to inflate numbers. If Ethereum counted tx the same way as Solana, they'd do almost as many transactions per second on L1 while being 10000x more secure and decentralized.
Would it be possible for L2 apps to build very specific bridges between L2's, so that they can effectively aggregate their liquidity pools across layer 2's? That would solve a major problem for app developers on eth.

Eth is like Atari. It was great when it was new. Now, you cannot program your way out of the problem it is in if you don't clearly understand how the networks work, which clearly by how eth was coded, lacks this understanding. It will always be slow unless it is dismantled and made to take that into account. All the volume and cash will always go to L2, as Eth is just L2 biotch. Always will be
