Themes > Lock Style/Screen > Customise > You can find there a *Option* screen lock select Insert wallpapers and select time and date widgets manually

Yes bro this is official HyperOS Control Center, HyperOS 1.0 released with Xiaomi 14 Series in China and started rolling out for Global varients
Hopefully Hyper OS will start rolling in the first Quarter in 2024 for several flagship devices & keep on rolling for more devices in the following

what phone is this? im using a redmi note 12 and it lags a lot (on the lockscreen) when i use the BALEBAT theme, can't imagine how it'll perform if I want to put in other features from other themes.
and I'm not sure if this is for global devices, because everyone's HyperOS is different for some reason?
for example, status icons (battery, wifi, dnd, etc.) doesn't change its appearance even after applying the BALEBAT or any other theme on my phone, but somehow you are able to do so with no problem. Another example is that some have the "depth wallpaper" feature already put in by default, I don't have that.
Keep your phone clean and remove all bloatware(unused apps) Open Security App to perform basic Optimisation operations,I was using Mi 10i
