Looking the video I found very useful tool like the Truper easy to carry not heavy back pack friendly machete.
When you walk 15k in the forest or jungle the weight maters a lot.
I know if the vegetation turns more dense you need a little more larger machete to opens the field may be 16" or 18" but the 12" save the day if you want to go light.
You can combine with a Odenwolf knife a sharpening stone and fire starter.

I know you know that those machete's are not the ideal tool for that thicker last pine. And I understand you are trying to find something that is more overall useful than just packing an axe around. I just think the Incolma was too thin to be pressed into the chopping task on that thicker tree. I'd rather have had a hatchet for that one. Thanks for sharing

These thin machetes are not made for chopping, they are for light duty i.e. vines and tropical foliage, and no, there are not many pines in the jungle at all, these are really cool machetes though, as far as looks, I've owned a few of them myself and I've seen them for sell in south America as well, but, they're more of a gimmicky or novelty knife rather than a working machete. Great review though, I enjoyed it.

A really good machete is hard to find. Some are too hard and break easy. Others are soft and bend or the edge curls. I think I'll try a cold steel next. Always enjoy your videos. Peace and blessings ✌🏼🙏🏼🕊️🏕️🪓🪵

Ffs that has a garbage temper. I'm always defending tools against guys that purposely destroy tools, as some ignorant test for its durability. I knife is not meant to be a crowbar, so prying something open isn't indicative of quality. I can't stand the reviews that destroy tools and claim their trash, for breaking, when not being used for its intended purpose. That being said, all you did was chop, there's no excuse for this to receive that level of damage. It's trash!
