For those who don't know but may be interested, Heike (the female singer) is also a member of the metal band Draconian, and so far has made one album with them called Sovran. It's amazing doom metal.

She is also in another band called Light Field Reverie :)

Found ISON through Andromeda Skyline and was worried the other albums would not hold up.. Pleasantly surprised I was wrong. Love this one even more.
As I get older, I more and more begin to enjoy music like this. Conveying very powerful emotions through relatively simplistic music is a form of art I've really grown fond of. This album is incredibly awesome in every way. A big thank you to ISON for this transcendental masterpiece.

Been searching for this music for many years - some came close, but never hit the spot. Journeying down many TH-cam rabbit holes, finally stumbled upon Ison. Finally.
Bought it. Listened to this for 3 weeks in a row everynight before falling asleep. Calm and relaxing. It feels i'm under the stars in peace.

It is so beautiful that I can't believe it exists. Seems like it has been written by someone who is far above the human race. The best album I've came acrossed in 32 years of years of my life.

I'm really into this spiritual type of Music! Any genre that express this transcendental vibration like Tool, Meshuggah, Gojira, Mastodon, Yob, Om, My Sleeping Karma, All Them Witches, Samsara Blues Experiment....I'm changing something inside myself, and leting go everything that made my soul dense and Black, such things that made me suffer and the others around me...now i'm trying other way of living...

This music speaks directly to my soul.
this album is an amazing experience, it makes me feel so free and fills me with positive yet grounding energy. i kind of feel small and insignificant but in a good way, like i have been freed from all the unimportance and I am just able to soar. Just close your eyes and let your mind wander with this. I just want to fly through the universe and watch unimaginable old stars die and glide through stardust. Or just fly through the sky and watch the life on earth just come and go and perceive it as just the fleeting moment it is in relation to the universe. This is better than any drug. No music ever evoked such emotions in me. I hope I don't come off like a wannabe-deep idiot or something though haha
