I can't have a drum kit in my apartment, so for like 10 yrs I've only played on a practice pad mostly to relieve stress from work... but this video was actually helpful in getting me to want to expand outside a pad and get on a kit again. idk why... maybe its the Yashira shirt lol

These are great! Is there sheet music of these fills anywhere?
Any tips on being able to play super fast without your right arm going dead? I can do it for maybe 1 minute then my forearm gets too tired. Also my leg\ankle is the same when playing heel-toe
I would suggest practicing on a practice pad more often, doing singles and doubles and paradiddles until you feel it working out your arms, and just keep playing it on the drumset too, the more you play, the more endurance you will build up! Even like 30 min a day will make a huge difference in a couple weeks
