A frying pan is placed on the fire with oil and left until it heats up.
We put chicken slices and onions, and turn it over the fire until it changes color.
We put ginger, salt, black pepper and spices, and leave on fire until the chicken is cooked.
Prepare the samosas, fill them with the mixture and form a triangle.
We prepare a tray for the oven, grease it with oil, and stack the samosa in the tray.
Place in the oven over medium heat for at least a quarter of an hour, until golden.

Method:

Add potatoes, turkey peppers, carrots and celery, stirring.
We put spices, salt and black pepper, stirring until the ingredients are soft.
Leave the vegetable mixture until it cools completely.
Prepare the samosa dough and fill it with the mixture and close it well.

يارب سامحني على كل صلاة تركتها وكل صلاة أخرتها واجعلني يارب محافظاً عليها وثبتني يارب على دينك, اللهُمَّ فردوسًا لا أفقد فيه أحد ، ونعيمًا غير مقطوع ، و لذّةً بنُّور وجهك تغشاني غدوًا وعشيًا.
- ‏اللهم أنت ربي لا إله إلا أنت خلقتني وأنا عبدك وأنا على عهدك و وعدك ما استطعت أعوذ بك من شر ما صنعت ، أبوء لك بنعمتك عليّٓ و أبوء بذنبي فاغفر لي فإنه لا يغفر الذنوب إلا أنت
- ‏اللهم زِد قلوبنا حباً وتعلقاً بك واقبالاً عليك ، وارزقنا حسن الظن بك ، والتوكل عليك
- اللهم إني أسألك الهدى والتقى والعفاف والغنى والفوز بالجنه والنجاة من النار
- اللهم أسألك أن ترزقنا لذة السجود ودعاء غير مردود وفرج ورحمة منك يا معبود ، وأبعد عنا البلاء، وأرفع شأننا ومقامنا في الأرض والسماء ، وشافي مرضانا وأرحم موتانا
- ‏اللهم إنَّا نعوذ بك من جَهد البلاء ودرك الشقاء وسوء القضاء وشماتة الأعداء

‏فأي شرف أن يصطفيك الله لمناجاته فإن لم تكن من المصلين ( الوتر ❤️) فدع اسمك يذكروا في السماء من المستغفرين
‏﴿ والمُسْتَغْفِرينَ بالأسْحَار ﴾
اكسروا هدوء الليل ﺑصوت إستغَفاركم
‏فهناك ربٌ غَفور يقُول:
‏هَل من مُستغفر فأغفرَ له ؟
‏لنكن من المستغفرين بالأسحار
أستغفرالله العظيم من كل ذنب مسك عني
‏رحمة ربي وحبس رزقي وعرقل توفيقي
‏وعسّر تيسيري ، أستغفر الله
‏الذي لا إله إلا هو الحي القيوم وأتوب إليه

كنت مفكرة الحشوة فستق و أنه راح يحط عليها عسل عندنا حلو شبهها في الجزائر الصامصة
في النهاية ماحط عسل يعني مملحة؟ شو كان الحشو الأخضر؟ و شكرا

الحشوه في الواقع حسب الرغبه لكن عموما الحشوه هنا هي الكرفس والجزر والبصل مملحه مع فلفل اسود ..هناك من يفضل اللحم مع هذه الخلطه ايضا ...تحياتي
