    I'm glad there is an FDA; however, I do not take everything they say as gospel. Look at all the recalls and lawsuits concerning FDA approved meds and devices. Great facial expressions, BTW.

      Vitamin C is a complex. The FDA butchered the definition of Vitamin C to mean “ascorbic acid”, after a company that donated a lot of money to the FDA came to this agreement. Poof! Vitamin C is now a tiny portion of what it should be. Thanks to the corrupt FDA.

      I wish there were Recalls on Supplements as Well but they're NOT Regulated by the FDA so patients usually are not protected from the Harm Many of them cause. All Doctors can do is tell them to please stop taking them and have the Patient to do a Report with the Natural Supplement Company.

    For once I very much disagree with you, Doc. I think there is evidence that CQ10 is helpful in cardiac health.

    • @Lynnefromlyn
      @Lynnefromlyn 3 ปีที่แล้ว +20

      There is PLENTY of evidence that this is extremely helpful for lowering BP, LDL and supporting heart and brain health. I don’t take anything without researching it from many sources...credible sources. This guy is a statins pusher. Tells you everything.

      The best way to get nutrition. nutrition ivs and nutrition injections myers cocktail iv, nad+iv, vitamin d injection, gluadathione iv and coq10 injection. way better then supplements. they been aroundd since the 1950s and thats what pro athletes and rich people use year round to stay healthy. only take a good liquid fish oil. and get a functional medicine md to do thorough nutrition blood test reg drs wount do that and they know optimal levels reg drs dont.

    I have to disagree for once. Those who take ubiquinol know without a doubt that it helps with the heart and blood pressure. Sometimes just because there haven’t been many experiments on something doesn’t mean it doesn’t work.

      *He shouldn't have Flat out said NO.* But to protect his _Medical License_ he has to say it doesn't treat or cure anything because the FDA doesn't support any claims since there's no Research Study on them―only Patients' _"personal"_ Testimonies. Naturopathic & Wellness doctors & practitioners can say it works.
      Many Cardiologists recommend CoQ10 to their patients and speak of how _"patients say it works for them"_ and that they've seen a difference in their patients' Heart Health, Blood pressure, and Cholesterol levels when they take this Supplement in addition to their Meds & make Dietary changes―without making any Medical Claims.
      Other Doctors say there's no Scientific Data, Or the FDA does not support any claims but _"patients who take CoQ10 have seen improvement in their health."_

    • @Viv8ldi
      @Viv8ldi 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@rockyruane9379 Thats possible. Until 5 min ago I thought Ubiquinone is the better version, because here in Germany it costs like double or tripple the amount of ubiquinone, but I just listened to a lecture where Dr. Mercola says Ubiquinone is the oxidised version and not that good and Ubiquionole is the reduced version and that is better. But if Ubiquinole really is better, why is Ubiquinone that much more expensive? Nevertheless, maybe because the ubiquinone you are taking is so much more potent, thats the reason why you get heart palpatations, if you can divide it into a smaller portion, try to take less, like 50mg
