So maybe more investments in teachers, programs like the arts, infrastructure and yes, these communities need a facelift, including Port of Spain. They also have the same opportunity, as so many African youths, to pick up a camera and do TH-cam. Some are far more privileged than African youths and have more fancy clothes than us in the United States. lol. (Personally I prefer to invest my money in other things.) Thing big!
