I only searched for Rasta in Trinidad yesterday then this came up today! I went to POS in 1993 and there were a lot of Rastafari in the Frederick Street area. Queen Omega is Trinidad’s biggest Rasta ambassador- it’s incredible to see the impact she has made. Also Storebay beach in Tobago was active when I went there in 1993. Would love to go back.

The people who were captured in Africa and brought to the West Indies to be enslaved came from West Africa, not Ethiopia. Ethiopia is thousands of miles away from West Africa. Therefore, you can not return to Ethiopia if you were not originally there. It will be correct to say you want to 'live in or visit Ethiopia'

Aye boy food prices high every where, yuh don’t have Ah TV or what??
Just last night i was watching MSNBC where they were talking about trump campaigning on the economy and inflation and showing citizens complaining about food prices being so so high, and that’s what happened during the pandemic where price gauging was the order of the day amongst the producers.
Trinis want to live like foreigners eating ham lamb and jam, but don’t realize that there’s a food import bill, and we don’t manufacture everything we need on the island, and the government don’t control food prices. MyGod, why do we act so daft sometimes, like we don’t understand how simple economics works??
