Bro if you want mobility and gaming then laptop is the best but if you want your laptop to run games for atleast 4 years from the date of purchase then you need to go for high end about 80k because a mid range laptop will be half the performance of its desktop counterpart due to thermal throttling issues, for eg an gtx 1650 super desktop card is better than a 1650 ti laptop card which is only half the performance of the desktop one, so bottomline is your budget should be 80k minimum
If portability is not an issue...will defenitely go for a desktop

there is one advantage using laptop . whenever there is current cut / power failure . laptop will give 4 to 5 hours back up with good battery . but cpu will switch off immediately . imagine rendering 1 hour video . and power cuts off at 98% progress . whole task is failed now in cpu but laptop will not . similarly laptop will have this edge while gaming / doing Facebook live .
u can provide ups . but ups worth 5k will give only 15-30 mins backup time. ups are also costly if u want more back up time. one idea is connecting inverter to ups and it may give more backup time .
