How TH cell will activate B cell if antigen presenting cell is some other cell, apart from B cell. Like macrophage

Aapne Profesional APC ....( Macrophage DC) Bataye the...jo ki angtigen present krte hai to t helper...cell. waha par b cell activation kaise ho raha. Please tell confusion hogaya mujhe thoda.
