The reason channels that people say that they should have tons is subs don’t have them is because that doesn’t happen over night! But we have to start somewhere!
@@SpectreDelta516 Guam was under USN jurisdiction at one time with a navy Captain as governor. It was not USS Guam however as the USN did not have that tradition. But I think it was still considered a stone frigate.

HMS Ascension is another naval island. You might also include the island of Guam too.
Found something on Ascension which is interesting and something I didn’t know about, but have yet to find anything on Guam.

Australia as well as other commonwealth realms I assume also call our bases stone frigates like HMAS WATERHEN ETC.
