What is more amazing is the ability of these people to use whatever they have to do the job, in this case a very very small pair of scissors, tape, and cable ties. In the west you go looking for specialised and very expensive tools to do a job that does not necessarily require them.
True!
I realy hate posts with fake images in the link.
I agree (main photo with the TH-cam link at the beginning). Where's that big boat in this video? Not there. It makes me not want to watch anything else from an otherwise good channel.
since it is a rigid structure, you should have take advantage of it by creating separated chambers. this to ensure floating also in case of single/double damage. you can also add on the top hermetic inspection screw caps for maintenance, faster drying in case of spills and even keep fresh small amounts of food and small water bottles
I worked fiberglass for years in my youth, building boats, yachts, microwave antennas, and water park slides...just to mention a " few items". The fact that you Failed to use a roller to remove All of the air bubbles to decrease weakness, and all of the " dry spots" missing resin altogether tells me your " boat WILL break up and Delaminate very soon.
... and can we talk about the prop now?
The " boat" is probably built just for content creation.
You right, his bot didn't last long. the fiberglass he made was too thin, he should have made 1 inch thick fiberglass. for durability and safety. so that it does not break. This fiberglass floor is too thin and dangerous. don't follow the people in this video.
Please la give this guy a break. From the moment I see him trimming the mesh with a pair of scissors, I admired his ingenuity to create this amazing craft.
Nothing hurts my heart more than watching a young man work fiberglass without a mask. You young sir will not grow old :(
The real issue is to polish the Fiberglass, he didn't polish it. Then It is okay.
@@ramon1930 your kidding me right, thats a bit like buffing a turd.
@@bobmalooga7249 You've done that? ..... I gotta ask .......... Why?
@@sheerluckholmes5468 It's a metaphor we use in parts of my country for waisted labour , as in "you can't make a silk purse out of a pigs ear".
@@bobmalooga7249 I'm not kidding. The major problem is the epoxy dust beeing inhaled. If there is not dust, there is not problem.
A Rubber boat as a Basic Element would have cost less than all the Resin. But he did it. Lot of Work. ❤
Final product not same as thumbnail. Instant thumbsdown.
you're a genius, smart skillfully.
Mengagumkan sekali pembuatan praunya ❤
Salam sukses selalu❤❤❤
Rewelacja 😊
awesome build... thanks for sharing...
làm thuyền kiểu này quá hay
awesome, thank you for your great video🎉👍
Incredible! 👍
If you had divided it in between, you would have prevented it from sinking in case of water intake. You could make it unsinkable only if you made it into at least 4 sections with plywood... But as a result, the idea is great...
i just wrote the same thing. i found your comment soon after
HAPPY ENVY!!! I like it!
The thumbnail its click bait
forget Festool, it's the flip flops that make the difference... people wearing flip flops are just more handy!
True and correct.
Very nice 👍. One thing though.. The engine mounts may not be sufficient. The constant torque and vibration may damage it.
AWESOME!!
Always appreciate people doing far more with less.
Thats awesome, nice boat i hope you do a fishing video with your boat.
최고!
Pretty cool
great build!
Awesome
Nice build
👍👍👍!!!
Nice
Nice 😁👍
Hey very smart🙂👍
Well if nothing else I found out where Willy Wonka's chocolate river ended up...
Thanks for the clickbait thumbnail.
How many hours do you think you put into this? Finish weight? Local cost for this project v. purchase of a similar boat? Motor choice? Why an airboat and not an outboard? I am guessing cost was an important issue, do you access places with this set up you cannot access with an outboard?
I love the concept, hope you can scale up and build these for others.
Brave man without mask when dealing with the fiber glass.
This is not the boat in the thumbnail.
Ingenious and very well-built. You are a very talented person. Thanks for showing us your techniques!!! 👋👋👍👍👍
Wheres the champagne bottle for HMS 'People Smuggler'
I'd leave the seating and motor mount removable. One may choose to update the motor and fabricating mounts in the boat is too slow for my taste.
Keren n mantap 👍
working with sheet fiberglass like he is does NOT cause "harm". unless he's using a chop gun crazily, just laying-down and coating with...epoxy? (not sure from vid). old boatbuilder here. this guy's a genius, man!! course...I'd have considered a MUCH-smaller engine, considering. Maybe those new electric with a water propeller? I'd used a different substrate for the "hulls", too :-))) buy...heyyy~
It’s going to open up like a can of tuna.
Thumnail gak sesui isi video...
Iran
Bloody hell!!! I wouldn't stand anywhere near that propellor. Unlaminated and Unbalanced will put some serious vibration on all those bad welds and the ultra thin bad fiberglass and there is no clutch either. A small Propellor in the water would be so much more controllable and way less dangerous.
😅 why does It never look like the Cover photo
How many family members went hungry building that 800 dollar boat ?
he goes by 50k views daily- it means 15 USD / 200 USD revenue each day.
Di jual harga berapa sampe di Indonesia?
It would also be better if you could develop a system that is not dependent on oil.
perhaps Unicorn Skittles?
@@daxtonbrownTastes and colors are indisputable. Anything can be done if you want. Technology has developed and these friends can use the techniques at a high level. It's obvious they are talented.
While 95% of this build was fascinating from start-to-end, I was grossly disappointed to see this guy mount a gas powered motor atop the boat.
Fiberglass is fine as long as dust is not produced; i woukld even sleep under a fibergalss cloth if it is clean and still; been doing fiberglass works for 50 years,i can still run a mile...well, slowly LOL
after wetting it with resin, it's perfect, no harmat all, if not sanding it
same with ASBESTOS, thousands of folks sleep under it as their roof and it is fine, as long as NO DUST is produced, and as long no one breathes it in.
Don’t forget break pads. People who drive with the windows down inhale asbestos particles all the time on busy streets.
Good job, but too much noise.
Too bad this person isn't using a sander to smooth out the surface of the boat.
Clickbait. NOT building boat in thumbnail.
Please please where a mask. The name says it all FIBER GLASS! Once in the lungs the tiny glass particles will kill you. It's a slow painful death, like drowning and not to be able to get your breathe. Great build!
Doesn't look like the poster image for the video, damn click bait!
stealing other peoples vids and putting your own watermark on it
Not the type of channel I support, reported and unsubbed
Meticulously Meticulous.
That's not the boat in the thumbnail. Very disappointing.
get ur hands on a 4 blade second hand paramotor prop.. and use smaller pully wheel to gear up prop
Why we are wasting our precious time on watching this video. The boat he made is a joke or a toy made by a child😂😂😂😂
gak sesuai templet
Ele esta copiando o artigo do creative chanel.
such boat will be damn noisy, also prone to sink. the engine might total loss.
when the props flys apart and hits someone it will not be cool..... other than that kind of cool
All this "rigorous", "metculous", "to ensure safety standards" stuff, can't you leave that out? Nobody believes that
Mailing address please, I'll send you a pair of cutters to make your work easier.
Meticulously...
junk no control to loud
Doesn't look anything like the thumbnail. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

If I could give 5 thumbs up I would!!
No way it's real fiber class. You don't touch real fiber class bare handed, idc who are. Fake
I work with fiberglass and epoxy bare handed so I don't know what you're talking about. I buy it off the roll at TAP Plastics and they cut it with scissors and put masking tape on the edged to stop fraying. Look at the videos on the product page for Boat "A" Standard Weight 7520 fiberglass at TAP Plastics. Watch their how to videos. Lol.
Clickbait. Don’t watch.
