The optimal manner to improve digestion at home will always be to take regularly 1 tablespoon (= 15 ml) castor oil early in the morning on an empty stomach.

So any habituation or weakening effect in moving the bowels by swallowing castor oil in a tregular manner is absolutely impossible, this one even after the regular use of castor oil for decades. Further taking castor oil regularly may be in no case dangerous but in contrast to this it will be the optimal manner to cleanse the human body from all toxins via the liver and so to strengthen the immune system.
When chewed food enter into stomach, there releases 3 Enzymes to break it down i.e Hydrochloric acid, Mucus, pepsine. Pepsine helps stomach to digest protein in the food. But it needs an acidic medium to work. This medium provides by Hydrochloric acid. This acid is so strong that it could eat away your stomach, but due to the release of mucus, it covers all the inner walls of stomach and protects it. If in case, level of mucus decreases and hydrochloric acid increases leads to have ulcers in stomach. By the way, when these 3 enzymes come into stomach. They start churning activity (motion of stomach during digestion) in which at the beginning, stomach shrinks and then expands through which all the other enzymes combine with food and digest it properly. So it's being said, never eaten on a full stomach. Because stomach doesn't get chance to perform churning activity tends to decay or rotten food but before it gives you burping(dakar) signals. Furthermore, After staying over more than 5 hours in stomach. It start going into your small intestine where there it get combine with Bile juice released by liver. Bile juice digest the present fat of your food. Moreover, pancreatic and other intestinal juices mixed up with the food which leads to proper absorption of the proteins available in the food. Intestines having a bowel movement called Peristalsis that move food in the Foward direction. That's why physical movement is necessary as because it gets easy for Intestines to move food furtherwards. On the way, intestine wall absorbs nutrients and deliver to the blood cells. Then the waste material as well as unabsorbed food went into long intestine. Finally, passes ththrough your 💩💩💩 poop.
