- How to change engine oil?
This video applicalbe to most of all 4 stroke bikes.
It is easy, do it yourself.
Video shows about TVS Star city engine oil change.
Most of 4 stroke bike need specific engine oil.
Here we use SERVO 20W40 which is widely used in 4 stroke bikes.

Is there oil filter ?
Does it take full 1L of engine oil or less? Should we use engine oil flash in bikes if yes, suggest which is best.. a
No 800-900 ml will be enough. But after clean wash of engine/engine oil flush. It will take full 1 L.
I don't recommend for engine oil flush.
It is only good beyond 25k -30k .
Still not necessary to perform engine flush.
I want to purchase the same model second hand run around 50000 kms will it be a gud decision and what average i can expect from this much old vehicle
Depends on bike condition & driving pattern.
A lot of repairs.

Yes, according to the manual you do not screw it in, just dip it.

It will defiantly not work in gear.
Self starts only work in Neutral.

As per TVS manufacturer recommendation...
first 500-700 KM - Replace (1 month)
2500 - 3000 KM - Inspect & Top up (if not change it in 3 months)
5000 - 6000 KM - Replace (6 month)
8500 - 9000 KM - Inspect & Top up (9 month)
11500 - 12000 KM - Replace (12 month)
then every 3000 KM - Inspect & Top up
then every 6000 KM - Replace
It is recommends to change engine oil in every 3000 to 5000 KM.
If you have normal drive range then do this in year.
It all depend upon driving type & range you drive & how you shift gears.

There is fuel filter & air filter in bike.
Not engine oil filter.
