Hi Martin, in case you haven't figured it out after 9 months, it's a coil jig. You can find many of them online although I couldn't find any Hello Kitty ones :)

How did you get the collar off? Video didn't show how I did it.
I did it, but by watching this video: th-cam.com/video/tYkJFrY9iOM/w-d-xo.html.
As you can see the clear rubber inside (it's a part the sprayer) is the thing that make the black part outside stick with the glass bottle, so it makes you hard to pull it off. My way is (like in the video I send above) is you grip the black part a little bit strong, then twist it and pull it up at the same time, it maybe slower or faster but I'm sure that the collar will out. Now I can refill the bottle with 100ml batch 16K11 that I ordered haha (my empty bottle is batch 17Y02).

@@loveandharmony8922 no, it was sealed again by the clear rubber, so I gave it a slight shake, and checked again from time to time once in a while, no problem.
