Look at that top cube practically hanging off. I hope the architects hired at least three different unrelated civil engineering firms from around the world to triple-check the static load pathway as well as building performance under high winds from every direction.
Love your videos! I was born and raised in Miami, my wife and I moved to another part of Florida due to my work, but I love looking at videos that take me back to miami and keep me up to date when I'm not visiting there! These are informative and cool, since I know where miami came from and where it's going in its future!
For it to be almost sold out, that makes me think there is no stipulation that first purchasers must hold on to apartments for a certain amount of time: this typically prevents speculators from buying everything up, and allows true homeowners to purchase.
Something worth knowing would be the monthly condominium association fees. Frankly, I can afford a $1,000,000 studio and the associated property tax. But throw in humongous monthly association fees and no way!
I really appreciate these type of videos with all the construction that is going on in Miami currently
Same
Great video. I've been following the construction for some time now. Thanks for the upload.
The hotel on Disney property is beautiful. We stayed at the hotel next door and walked the connecting hallway to it. Just beautiful!
Wow cool! Love the history as well.
Didn’t want to go too deep into it. Glad it’s appreciated!
Yep just what our city needs lol 👍🏾😂 thanks for the update homie ✌🏾
Great vid. Make these for different future skyscrapers in Miami

Miami real estate in a nutshell
love the video man, one slight recommendation, try using a gimbal for your phone when walking with it. It gets rid of all the shakiness
Awesome video man. So cool to see the foundation progress here. Could you make another video on the signature bridge progress?
I’ll make one in September after they post their monthly update! Thanks for watching
That guy on the phone should be fired, complete disrespect.
They should have put this project on the Miami river.
Joeel 😃
