there are also fake reviews by influencers, copied exactly from description specially on beauty products endorced by most youtubers.. IYKYK

This is happening with a lot of products which are positive rated by users. Hence new users supposed to buy those products are getting mislead.
I literally got a paper slip saying “write a 5 star review on Amazon and we’ll give you 50 rs. “ 😂
I didn’t even got that contacted that guy for 15 days, then I told Amazon about it they sent me the money 😂
Simple. You get such cards with your order, you either return the order or you don't buy from them again.
I've been complaining about it forever. And now, even if the product is good, I'll give it a 1 star just for having this in box.
Give a positive review with 5-star rating, get the cashback, and edit the review to 1 start with all the negatives about the product along with their bribing strategy.
This is the eye opener kind of stuff that no one talks about. Thanks a ton for bringing in light for the general masses.

There is a company in our area that sells their products on Amazon, and they are offering a neckband that usually costs 700rs for only 100rs if you provide them with fake good reviews.
I got it too from some Amazon sellers

This has happened a lot of time with me too. But to be honest, that doesn't really matter - if you don't like the product, you can always return it.

After you get your cashback, you can change it to a 1 star review.
I purchased a Firebolt smartwatch worth 5k, messaged a number to claim an extra warranty, and was asked to post a positive review for the watch, which was a waste of money.
Also the seller gets your number.
He can sell your number and also of all other customers to a scammer who can spam you with messages.
I had recently raised a complaint regarding this issue. To my surprise, Amazon allows it.

Well, I did this once and after a few months, my account was banned from posting any more reviews and all my posted reviews were deleted though they were honest😢. So if u r a keen reviewer, do it at your own risk.
I got irritated when I saw that card once. Made a review (and didn't do anything with the info on the card, just a real review) and said how I got the card, what it said and to be aware that others may be receiving the card. My review was removed.
That's why I stopped believing on reviews
they are usually in household products especially detergents

When I get such card, I immediately post it in Amazon reviews alerting others not to trust 5 star reviews
Report it to Amazon they will take action against the vendor
Amazon is full of such products now a days. I complained it to Amazon for the same reason after buying a grooming trimmer. Amazon didn't take any action.

I'm sorry but honestly I ordered a led writing pad & I got ₹50 cashback offer card in it, I gave it's positive yet slightly honest review & then the company guy asked me where to transfer the money, then I got that 50 via UPI

I took the photo of it and posted review in Amazon with negative feedback and Amazon rejected the review with that photo almost 5 times. If you are able to provide the feedback for same product put the pic as well in it
That's true. I also tried doing the same but got my review rejected every time. It's basically a dirty business strategy from both sellers and Amazon.
I once had a card but it has no cashback it says only a few customers reviewed our product with a sad emoji. but the product was really good so I reviewed that product

I totally agree with you. Even I got same cashback on few products. But it is not the same for all products. some new products that is made in india gave this cashback and it turned out to be a really good product.
