It would be interesting to see you go into detail on what you would have in as a base for cardio for maintaining good performance in the gym, cardiovascular health, insulin Sensitivity and so on. Touch on how you would asses if you can benefit from more cardio, or less, or of a different intensity/form/length of it. Add some of your own anecdotal experiences of doing too much or not enough cardio and so on as well.
