Been like this all year long. Several games where we are up MULTIPLE scores at halftime, then piss away the lead in the 2nd half because of terrible play calling. Defense was TERRIBLE the first part of the season, while offense was on fire. Now our defense is playing well…. And we are AWFUL on offense. We have the talent and skill to be a great team, but we haven’t been able to put it all together all year long. I’m used to the Browns being the Browns, but this year is so painful to watch…
@@coryjohnson2486 if you are used to seeing the Browns then your standards should be lower. Injuries to key players including Baker himself the entire season shot the team on foot especially when other AFC North teams are trying to keep it together and stay hot (look at the Bengals). Otherwise they looked solid and all these elements caught up to them at a bad time as oppose to last season.
Can we take the time to appreciate the fact that Anthony Schwartz took time to find the closest Browns fans in the front row! This team has hella heart and loyal fans...
Glad to see Schwartz get his first NFL TD. He’s been in concussion protocol for weeks. If he can work on being just a little bit more aggressive going for the ball he will be huge.

You find our wideouts core really decent? Opposing teams won't stop backing off from stacking the box with good reasons. None of receivers can make em pay for doing that and they know that. We cannot keep sending Chubb, Hunt and Johnson into stacked boxes, no matter how good they are. Your Bills are indeed more inclined to pass but teams know Allen will make em pay for that using his wheels now and then. That team is actually well balanced if i watch them.
The Browns were well on their way to losing when Mayfield accidentally threw an interception to one of his own players resulting in a touchdown that brought them tragically close to a win.
As a former defensive back, I can see that Mayfield, when he's under pressure, tends to over throw his passes. They are sometimes higher and coming in faster than the situation might call for. As for Ref-ball, That last int was a definite pi call on the Packer DB, I know because I've done it myself.

Green Bay is in trouble, especially with Aaron Rodgers' toe getting worse. He won't last an entire playoff game against a good and aggressive pass rush.
It was 21-12 at half. Final score 24-22 packers W. It’s not like the packers offense played any better. Packers offense only produced 3 points in the second half. So, for the defense to only give up 11 points in the second half really bailed out the packers offense if anything…
Been watching football for several decades now and just about every time you see a team score first and miss the extra point its a bad omen for how the game will go for that team. Sorry Cleveland.
I'm not a fan of either team, but the refs have taken the enjoyment from this game. The DPI non-call on the Browns was ridiculous. Why do we not have replays on these calls?
I don't watch games anymore. The refs have taken the joy away 😒. R Goodell makes 25 mil a year. He can fine players and coaches and owners, but can't do (blank) about this bad officiating.
As a packers fan it’s hard to accept that we won the game like this. We had so many chances to put them away in the second half but the browns kept fighting all the way to the end. Despite, Baker playing bad all game he still gave his team a chance to win the game. Im not sure if the packers would have won or lost the game if pass interference was called but it definitely should’ve. The refs gave the packers this game and tbh I hope the Browns make the playoffs because they were in prime position to win this one…
Thank you! As a fellow GB fan, this was a very dirty win. All I see is excuses from fellow GB fans when everyone knows these no calls and phantom calls are game changing. Gb was 100% without a doubt, the biggest benefitter of bad officiating. All I want is clean games and refs held accountable.
I'm a Packers fan. This game should've been won by the browns by probably 2 scores if they would've run in the first half. Baker isn't good, and he's a big reason we won
Don't usually complain about the refs, but that was a disgrace. Two holds on DPJ, the facemask that would have given them first and goal, the phantom motion on Teller.
Ngl as a neutral this one was hard to watch You hate to see the Browns throw it away but what you hate to see more as a football fan is to see the Refs calling a game so poorly. Felt like the browns got screwed multiple times. First Pick shouldnt have stood and that was PI.
The Rasul Douglas int was like retribution for Adam's drop but they both had amazing games. The wr initiated the contact cause he wanted to push off then slant but Rasul met him and he did have a little contact. With the speed of the game it happens so fast technically you could say "oh the db did this or that to interfere with the pass" but it was a good int
The connection with Rodgers and Davonte Adams is truly impressive. Aaron Rodgers makes throwing look so simple. Browns need to commit to the running game, because Baker isn't consistent enough.
4 ints from another Qb in the afc north that happens to also be from the 2018 draft. Wonder if we'll see that same energy y'all were using when discussing the other Qb
On the last int it was a good no call. Peoples-Jones pushed off Douglas when he made his inside break and Douglas tugged his jersey AFTER Peoples-Jones pushed off. It only looks bad in slo-mo because you can see the light jersey tug but you can also see the wr push Douglas BEFORE he lightly tugged the jersey. Both could've called... neither were. That's probably the correct outcome whether we like it or not.
Feel the same exact way. I think because of the push off/hold. Negation is the right idea. I'm a packer fan though. Calling both and replaying the down is probably what should have happened.
@@lancelehmkuhl problem is they can't call both. If they were going to call anything they'd have to call whichever penalty occurred first and the penalty that happened first was the push off.
The Browns have the running backs, O line, and defensive pieces to be a contender. And even with how Baker has been playing, they could have been in the thick of the post season race. But this year's loss is 100% on coaching. I was thoroughly impressed with Stefanski's performance last year, but he has seriously regressed in his second year. Last week, he refused to give up on the run game, when what they needed to do was through swing passes and slants to empty the box. And this week, he refused to give up on the passing game, when Chubb and Johnson had their way with the Packer's defense. If the Browns had a coach who could adapt his playcalling better, the Browns would've won these close games and would be on a fast track to a real Superbowl run, even with Mayfield having a terrible year.
I agree he’s regressed at play calling but there was no sb run coming. Baker is and forever will be a game manger and not a very smart one they weren’t going to win more than the wildcard game. Browns want to actually have a shot at the sb going to have to do what the rams just did this past offseason. Get an elite qb in the trade market. You give them arod or russ now that’s a contender. Especially arod man could possibly win back to back mvps and ain’t showing no signs of slowing down
Johnson and Chubb did great this game. They should have been used even more. The refs screwed the browns, sure. But the browns also screwed themselves.
Why have Baker keep passing when every run is ripping right through for huge plays. Makes no sense. Packers can't stop the run okay let's call a passing play.
It was Tragic too because he made a big 3 and 16 too his receivers did drop some key catches but 4 turnovers 3 of which were converted into TDs is the reason they lost. As a Bills fan GB did save us for a second but no we gotta execute. Big game needed by a QB in the same draft who did get the Bag 💼 💰
Baker is throwing with his shoulder. Not his body. The harder he throws it, the more inaccurate he becomes. Cam and Ben have the same problem. The weird thing is, Kyler Murray has a nearly Identical throwing motion. But he uses his body and footwork to add or subtract velocity or change or refine the throwing angle. It's pretty impressive!
Packers seem to be living a charmed life right now. I do think teams will be looking how effectively the Browns ran the ball against them, and how they really were able to limit them on offense when they weren't working on a short field. It literally took a 4 interception game by the Browns to gift the Packers this win. I don't know, with that kind of luck it just may be their year.
Other teams have tried to run against the packers and haven’t had too much luck. When teams are up big they protect against the pass. Packers played nickel or dime almost the entire 2nd half.
@@Oxnate cause our defense sucks but we also played bad on offense not your browns defense stopping us but we dropped so many big pass plays should of beat you guys by 14 at least

They went from having a shot at the AFC North division title, to on the verge of missing the postseason completely. They should've used Chubb more, he was balling. Baker also missed on some key throws to his receivers. I'm just in so much pain, man😔

Last week, he refused to give up on the run game, when what they needed to do was through swing passes and slants to empty the box. It literally took a 4 interception game by the Browns to gift the Packers this win. I don't know, with that kind of luck it just may be their year.
A plus 4 turnover ratio should not result in such a close game. Browns were owning the Packers' defense except for a few throws.
Not unless they harden up their run defence - it's looking very porous...
i mean you finally figured it out , the d-line is terrible they rely heavily on Kenny Clark and it doesn’t help the interior d line doesn’t do much
Other teams have tried to run against the packers and haven’t had too much luck. When teams are up big they protect against the pass. Packers played nickel or dime almost the entire 2nd half.
@@Oxnate cause our defense sucks but we also played bad on offense not your browns defense stopping us but we dropped so many big pass plays should of beat you guys by 14 at least
Browns definitely should've gotten that holding call inside 2:00. Absolute disgrace the refs let that go.
And the other things that weren't called
Maybe if Baker hadnt thrown 3 picks BEFORE that last pick, you might have a point....
@@robertdowner4057 Plus the Browns DB's were holding all night long, it was a no call all night. They're not gonna change it last 2 mins
were you also that upset at 3.35 of this video when the Brown's DB was holding Lazard's arm forcing him to make a one handed catch??? I doubt it. You sound like a Viking fan.
Nothing was really called in this game, very strange game
Fun game to be at, despite the missed called. Go Browns!
Although the Browns obviously got robbed, that doesn't negate the fact that Baker has to be better. They went from having a shot at the AFC North division title, to on the verge of missing the postseason completely. They should've used Chubb more, he was balling. Baker also missed on some key throws to his receivers.
I'm just in so much pain, man😔
As a Packers fan who is a fan of Baker, he made a lot of inaccurate passes. I still think he's hurt but something has to change, two of the INTs he was off footing and making mistakes that a QB of his veterancy (at this stage) shouldn't be making. th-cam.com/video/J07JMCXJRok/w-d-xo.html
