I wanted to ask you what you think about Karcher HD 5/15 C Plus for use on car paint? I bought it 2 years ago for my cars and yard and its really powerful. I think its maybe too powerful... Working pressure is 2200 psi or 150 bar... Should i maybe buy myself another 1000 - 1500 psi pressure washer just for cars?

Hey DG! You’ve inspired me to get set up to detail my own car. I have a 2000 Toyota Corolla. Poor baby hasn’t ever been detailed. I’m a carpenter, so the inside has taken a real beating since I joined the union: grease, concrete dust, dirt, rocks, adhesive, sawdust, wood chips, screws, nails, rust, etc. Your videos showed me how to revive my girl AND how to make a buck or two on the side. Thank you for being so generous with your experience and methods.
My neighbor was standing on my porch about to leave as I started watching this. She's a older lady. She heard you say wrapped in vinyl. And came to a dead stop. @@lifeofe491 For better leg support. In these type of cars you are sitting low in the ground and you have to stretch more your legs, so if you are a tall person, more leg support is a welcome feature.

You can tell when Mike shows up 9:07 you can see at the far left part of the video where detail geek is standing that there is a glitch because detail geek edited "Mike" (actually detail geek) into the shot but in editing it wasn't perfectly seamless which is why you see the imperfection in the shot.
But the problem is a car is not even the quarter size of a house and he details so good and so much that it will probably take him 5 weeks to clean an entire house so that it looks like new built😂 he is a perfectionist so that will take an eternity 😂

My son uses his little air compressor and blasts everything, the he vacs and the carpets come clean cuz he has knocked everything down in the pile loose ........ he did that to my car and got stuff out of the carpet that I never could with my vac from the house
I use a Shop vac to vacuum our cars and felt this way too, until I cleaned out the filter and purchased an accessories kit with a chisel tip anf some smaller detail tips. It made a huge difference! I get the carpet lines now. 😍
@@tinydancer7426 I wonder if that will help. Usually I can seriously see the dirt particles jumping out of the pile, then settling back in when I go over it again and not coming out. And I'm cleaning with a fairly new Dyson! The carpet in Mazdas is one of the worst I think

best thing about a wrap is even if you do just happen to leave light scratches and swirls most materials (including 3m) have a self healing property so a little time in the sun scratches and swirls will go away. (i work at a wrap shop in the states its nice to see some layed not sprayed work on the channel i love it)

About the terrible floor mats: there are nicer ones you can choose when you customise your car but that costs extra. Basically everything that’s not basic/standard costs way more at BMW (and I’m guessing other brands too). I’ve worked at a BMW factory in Germany and the customisation possibilities are amazing.
I wish my M3 looked like that.. I just put it into storage but it wasnt put away looking like that unfortunately. Ill have to meet up with you when I pull it out come spring. Nice work on the car and congratulations on your success of the channel.
I was looking at those floor mats and thinking "they look awful"; I think they could be after market because BMW mats are way better quality than that.
I’m afraid that they are BMW optional rubber mats, not pretty, but to be fair, the quality and durability is quite good. The cars have carpet type fitted mats as standard.

Door panels pop out on the coupes. The seats pull out on All M3s, or non M cars only if they have the sport package.

About the terrible floor mats: there are nicer ones you can choose when you customise your car but that costs extra. Basically everything that’s not basic/standard costs way more at BMW (and I’m guessing other brands too). I’ve worked at a BMW factory in Germany and the customisation possibilities are amazing.
I wish my M3 looked like that.. I just put it into storage but it wasnt put away looking like that unfortunately. Ill have to meet up with you when I pull it out come spring. Nice work on the car and congratulations on your success of the channel.

I was looking at those floor mats and thinking "they look awful"; I think they could be after market because BMW mats are way better quality than that.
I’m afraid that they are BMW optional rubber mats, not pretty, but to be fair, the quality and durability is quite good. The cars have carpet type fitted mats as standard.
I should have waited.....you meant the carpet floor mats. I have a 5 series and the original mats are still not used, still in sealed plastic bags.
