Hi. Thanks for watching. Could be. Please check with an accountant if concerned. But there are also peer to peer ways to obtain BTC and then pay without making it taxable. Please let us know if you would like more info. Would make a good video.

@@njelsalvador It would be a good video. Most accountants don’t seem to know much. I emailed someone who works for CountDefi to see what they say as I have been curious about this. I am coming to El Salvador. Perhaps I will meet you at some point? Thank you for the video.

Not financial advice. My personal experience with an accountant and bitcoin has not left a pleasant experience. Personally I would say people do their best to keep it off the books. Or remove from the books soon after. Many accountants are not strategic players. Take a look at the book the sovereign individual. www.njelsalvador.con/books
