- Mibojets gave us a peek preview of their new 2022 model,
the Su-22 "Fitter". At 1:5 scale it is extremely light, using modern composites,
with planned "all up weight" at 25kg or 55 lbs.
Also featured is the newest 1/4 scale "Warthog" cockpit.

So exciting to see something that has never or rarely been made in RC. Incredible amount of details and work has been put into the molds. I am looking forward to seeing one flying in person. Mibojets are in a class all to themselves. Definitely agree with museum scale details on this and their A-10.

6:46 I have build Su-22 in much smaller scale, from depron. CoG not moving much during wing reconfiguration. I set initial CoG for open wings. In flight when wings are closed I can correct just a bit with elevator. Just by hand, I don't need any dedicated trimming or flight profiles. In flight is almost unnoticeable when permanently moving the sticks. I hope this helps you. Good Luck!

Why not just make yourself a real experimental at this point.
Some people don't want to die. Everytime I see a speed record car, dragster boat, bike, experimental Heli of plane, I think: Here are people too dumb to code an autopilot or to implement remote control, but they believe that they can build a safe vehicle... There is a video on TH-cam where people fly where there is no speed limit (for RC ). Maybe that is the reason to climb into a death trap? The law ?
