Selenium Toning A Film Negative For More Contrast!

I wanted to print this negative in an Alt. process, but its contrast wasn't up to it. Selenium Toner (KRST) to the rescue! I'll attempt to make a carbon transfer print, and a Kallitype.

Good timing , l have a 4x5 that just makes an acceptable silver gelatin print at Grade 5. Doing this might give me what l want.

That was interesting. Those densitometers are kind of pricey ☹

They are! I've had mine for about 25 years. I can't imagine being without one.
