Boy With Luv is what turned me into an ARMY too! It was lunch break and one of my co-interns played it in the clinic I was working in. I pretended that I didn't care for it but MAN it was catchy as hell! I immediately checked their MV as soon as I got home and the rest was history.

dope is honestly one my fav choreos. it was choreographed by keone madrid who’s one of my favs in the dance sphere. and him and his wife mari have done a bunch of dances for bts (fire, not today, singularity)
"We are Bulletproof pt 2" captured my attention in 2014, but it wasn't until "Dope" in 2015 that I really began to appreciate their versatility and talent and became true army~
I like the BTS's dance because of the synchronisation but also because if you look to all the members, they have all a different movement, they don't have always the same movement like in dope where jin sing and dance with the vocal line they do the same choregraphy but in their way (I don't know if you understand). And this found this in TXT's dance also so I think it's a BigHit's style

Have you guys ever heard the behind the story about jimin being the one to lift his shirt in the choreography?? 😂 Because originally it was supposed to be all of the members but somehow they decided to go with jimin and at first he didn't wanna do it and almost started crying because he was insecure with himself. Once they performed it on stage jimin loved the attention he got from the audience and liked it. ❤️
But in We Are Bulletproof pt2 everyone said *time to show my abs* 😂

Dope was my first song back in 2015, but I didn't actually get into BTS until early 2017. I was in a bad place in my life and one night I was watching the BBMAs when they had their first Top Social Artist nomination and I recognized them which sparked my curiousity and then I started researching, watching all their MVs and all their content etc. I've loved them ever since. Like a lot of ARMYs, I also found them when I needed them the most. Their amazing music and them as the loving people they are, have helped so much.

I really LOVE the dance practices too! You can see all the amazing little details that you don't get to see in the MVs. I died laughing while Josh was in the middle of a sentence and Jimin showed his abs and he got JUNGSHOOKED!! lololol
I love watching their dance practices, seeing all the details and their syncronization is incredible!
The first song that set me off was Not Today! Those looks and styles, dances move, the energy, and the vocals and rap, just hooked me and reels me in to the wonderful world of K-POP! 👏💜
My first song to set me off on the bts journey was War of Hormones 😭 The memories!! 💜
I love all their dance practices, but I love Danger the most.
To think that No More Dream came out in 2013! Even way back then u can see how crisp their synchronisation is. They are already pros in their debut year! Salute! 💜
saw something on twitter saying bts was set to perform at the AMAs November 2017, and by the time the actual performance came around, I had become a huge fan! ( started with the Not Today MV. ) the AMAs, first ellen appearance , and Jimmy Kimmel mini concert were some of my early days in the fandom. so exciting
I Need U was the first song I heard from BTS and I had the song on repeat for 2 years before finally seeing/knowing who BTS was in 2017 at the billboard awards. I wasted a whole 2 years of content I wish I became ARMY back then 😭 Thank for the reaction guys I love these dance practice videos
my journey with bts started at the end of 2017 when they performed dna/mic drop on ellen 🥺 soon after I fell down the rabbit hole lol

Actually, the song that got me into bts was no more dream. I was watching a funny compilation and the la~ la~ la~ la~ la~ part came up. It was quite catchy and I wanted to know the name of the song. I did some research and found that the song was no more dream. Then I listened to more songs by them and fell into the rabbit hole.

Synchronisation is not natural haha, but I know what you mean. Hours and days of practice and work make it look like it's effortless for them. Some dances I watch are in sync but they make it look forced and difficult. With bts is looks like they are relaxed and doing the dance, but perfectly in time with each other.
