An amazing woman named Candace saved a newborn horse from being euthanized because the horse had special needs. The horse's mother had abandoned her and the horse was suffering from a serious infection. Candace took the horse in and started treating her with antibiotics and specialized food. The horse's condition improved and she was eventually able to be adopted by a family who could care for her properly.
