He'd been shooting the pull-kick throughout the weekend already. It's a really good shot, and he was doing fine with it. It also made sense why he switched in the 4th game after getting blocked his first few shots and being down two games to one in the 4th.

Lol, what match did you watch?
Hoffman held Culpepper to 50% (15 for 30) in the match and 33% (2 for 6) in the 5th game.
Meanwhile Spredeman scored more goals on fewer attempts (18 for 31, 58%) in the match, and a large part of that was shooting a pull-kick. It got even more lopsided (7 for 11, 63%) after he switched to his rollover in the 4th game.
