Can you tell me what the device holding weight on the three point hitch is?

Yes, it is a quick hitch from harbor freight. I made the bar the wheel weights are bolted to so I can just set the weight down on a block or stump and drive away from it. It's 200 lbs so not easy to move.

Is that a manual Angel blade?

Yes it's from a john deere. I'd really like hydraulic angle but need to upgrade the lever to a double spool.
