- “It’s like a reset button for your body.” In this edition of Vogue’s Well, Well, Well, K-pop superstar JENNIE opens up about the transformative power of cold plunging, a practice she turned to after many grueling hours of tour rehearsals. JENNIE shares the story of her first plunge, describing the initial shock and intense sensations that surged through her body as she immersed herself in the icy water. Cold plunging, she notes, became an essential ritual, especially during the demanding recording sessions for her latest album.

Watching this genuinely made me adore jennie more. You can tell she has been through alot but instead of being harsh on herself, she loves herself more deeper and empowers herself, reminding herself that she is more than capable. And I think to all the young girls watching, this message is so crucial. I'm so happy she is showing this raw and authentic side. Truly proud of her.

I have woken up this morning at 3 and chilled and scrolled on my phone for a little and after a while it gets to 5 and i open my youtube and this is the first thing im greeted with...i love that. This was the best thing to watch and modivate my morning and start my day it was refreshing and calm and relaxing and inspiring and i felt really attached and concentrated on everything jennie was say an amazing video filled with amazing advise and such a nice little story of how Jennie start and why. I’ve rewatched this a few times, and it just makes me happy. Seeing her open up feels so special, I’ve been a fan since 2017 and I’ve always admired how she keeps her personal life private. She’s usually pretty careful in interviews, giving short answers to protect her space. But now, with her talking about things like this, it feels like she’s letting us in a little more, and I love that!
