First time at an Indian Yoga Retreat - & Madurai Temple | The Other Way

Whenever moving to a new country, it’s always crucial to assimilate yourself into the local culture. Given India’s long and deep association with yoga, it made sense for me to dive in and see what this is was all about. Talk about getting out of your comfort zone !!
Join me as aim to stretch myself (both physically and mentally), but my reward after two days of simple, healthy & spiritual living - at the yoga retreat was a visit to the famous temple at nearby Madurai, in the Tamil Nadu province - that’s in India’s Deep South.

India is def safe if you do your research that is, just like any other place...I mean there are places in London you'd get mugged just as easily eh
