- In this video I will fly and crash (twice) my Bavarian RC Messerschmitt Me-410. The Me-410 is my own design made from Flite Test foam board.

The Messerschmitt Me-410 looks amazing, and the onboard video is great. The views of flying down trench of trees, and seeing trees above the wingtips are favourites. Very nice build, flying and editing of this video.
Sorry the bit of bad luck with the crashes. Hopefully adding a vent hole to the tips of the spinner may allow enough air to help cool the motors.
Found the special effects of the adjustable nose at 0:59 (bigger) and at 1:02 (smaller) with the music complement vocal of "🎶 I see your face, I'm feeling vain" to be entertaining. There's another wink at 1:38. It's like magic and gives feeling the Me-410 is alive with its own character. ;)
Thanks for your comment. Great that you liked my video. The „special effects“ are created by the software of the 360 camera in a random way when it is trying to auto stitch the picture from the 2 lenses… the synchronization with the lyrics was by chance 🤣 Still thinking about the best way to cool the motor. Either through the spinner or a opening on the side of the nacelle

What radio are you using? Cool little bird, lots of work, crashes happen, I bet the mighty Messerschmitt will fly again.🤠
Thanks man! The repair will be quite easy. Something for the upcoming winter build season. I am using a Graupner MZ-24 radio

Good luck finding the old motor ! Nice plane.
You won‘t believe it but last week the field was harvested and I went searching it… took me 5 minutes and I found it. Fully Ok without a scratch!

Yes, luckily crash 1 didn’t happen on the first flight. The 360 camera flight lasted long enough to get at least some good shots before crash 2

Danke, crashen gehört halt leider dazu. Lässt sich alles wieder reparieren. Liegt aber noch unberührt im Bastelkeller. Aber der Winter kommt ja, da hab ich Zeit.

Ja, ich denke der ist weg. Werde mal schauen wenn das Feld abgeerntet wird, ob ich da was finde. Hab aber wenig Hoffnung, da ich von all den Dingen die ich in meinem Bermuda Dreieck bisher verloren habe quasi nichts wieder gefunden habe 😜

Not yet. No chance to find it in the field. I will see if I can find it after the field has been harvested
Good news. Went to the field yesterday right after it had been harvested and after 5 Minutes of search I found the motor. It is fully ok. Even the prop and spinner are in perfect condition. 👍🏻😃

Inspiration durch Warthunder ?
Ja, das mit dem Heißkleber hat bisher immer gut funktioniert… denke der Motor ist wohl richtig heiß geworden. Die Motor/Prop Kombination bin ich schon oft mit 4S geflogen, aber die großen Spinner schatten den Motor voll ab. Da muss eine bessere Kühlung her. Hab Warthunder mal probiert, bin aber nicht so richtig warm mit geworden… bin wohl zu alt dafür 😂

Gab es einen Plan für das Modell oder nur dreiseiten- Ansicht? Eine Nummer größer mit Einziehfahrwerg wäre das Teil der "Burner ".😁
Ich hab den Flieger von einer 3 Seiten Ansicht aus konstruiert. Ging einfacher als ich ursprünglich dachte. Hab aber auch keinen Scale Anspruch
