We need many more tiny home villages all across this country bc as the cost of living keeps rising more and more people will be homeless if there aren't more options. Really love these videos.

True what I fear is more n demand cost will rise … for them .. but when I make one move in next year or two will be a tiny home ..

@@qlogic2002 I guess "park" type situations are good for saving money on sewage, electric, and water systems... where everyone can "hook in" and share. However, for those who want a more traditional house setting perhaps towns could zone certain areas to allow for small to 'somewhat' tiny homes ... as opposed to ginormous mega-mansions.
These homes would still have to meet typical structural standards for their area... as they would be house structures... not trailers, however... people would not be FORCED to build structures that are far too big for their needs or desires.
Imho... any country that does not allow for affordable housing for its citizens can not be taken seriously. If middle class America can not procure decent, safe, living spaces we won't have a 'middle class' pretty soon.

I love this place. As the housing prices sore I think these are more appealing to self sustainable minded people. I love the community atmosphere and the fact that you can either rent or buy and there is very cool. The one that you stayed in was far from a tiny house it was more like a mansion! I like that tiny house alot.no loft!I hate cramped little lofts.I have lived in apartments smaller than that.That's a nice sized home.

There is definitely an upside and a downside to having an HOA or rules about the aesthetic of the outside of each home. Without rules, a neighborhood can look cluttered. But, if you have someone running the HOA who abuses their power, everyone is miserable. (We were sued by our HOA and the judge awarded all of the money we had spent defending ourselves ($42,000) back to us. After all of that, the man who loves his power so much passed away and the new board is very level headed.
Anyway, I enjoyed seeing the tiny home neighborhood. They are needed!

They’re have been some changes! 😊😉 We’ve been meeting to put out a video and will soon. Now we have a home base in OR, and twice a year travel in our shuttle bus conversion. And recently we bought some property!

I was there! Stayed in the tiny house in plot 1!! Sadly I have emailed them several times interested in a plot of land and I never hear back.

Hi, my name is Barbara Reeves I live in Hamilton new Zealand want to know what would be a good deposit on a tiny home, as I am very interested in having a future- proof tiny home. I would like to shift it to my mother's cousins area in Tauranga/Tepuke, on their kiwifruit orchard, where I could have the possibility of work as well as a fruit picker/packer, kiwifruit that is. so I could pay off my borrowing from the bank. I am hoping to resource as much items as I can including wood for the flooring and the staircase. I am very keen to have something to show for it, in the end, i have been renting but I have nothing to show for it.

The homes look nice when put at an angle..more trees!! I remember you were here before in re: the casita. Hilarious when you spoke of extra space for yoga and your sweet pet did a downward dog pose!!! You had me at the food pics!!!! Loved your shirts.
