    Very easy to understand. Great explanation of the concepts. Thank you so much. Hope more people have the patience to listen to the entire video. People may shy away because the name of Buddha is mentioned, but what is explained is just normal daily living practices to live peacefully. I studied psychology and in counseling , the same concepts n practices are used to treat anxiety n depression. Blessings to you.
