They came out beautifully, Nat!! I absolutely adore baby boomer nails....they're my favorite. It took me forever to be able to do them perfectly. Now it's like second nature and I love doing them! For beginners, it helps to paint a thin layer of cover pink over the entire nail first. Then apply the white and blend it back. After that apply the cover pink and bring it to the end of your natural nail bed, covering the white line. I usually wipe the excess off my brush and then kind of pull the very front of the pink towards the free edge, but stop short of the very end so that stays pretty white. Finish by encapsulating in clear. I find I don't need the extra step of the transparent pink if I do this. Adding that first layer of pink really helps to fade the white into the nail bed. Hope this helps! By the way I loved the crystal placemat and the kite shaped gems are really gorgeous and unique!

I kept getting “hairs” in my polish... it was frustrating and embarrassing. I finally figured out it was thin plastic fibers peeling off my clear plastic display sample sticks. I held up the bag and looked at it thru the light. There were tons of fine plastic “hairs” in the bag.
I contaminated almost 100 polishes as I painted a stringy sample sticks for each new color.
Now, I wipe my clear sample sticks with alcohol and remove all the plastic hairs prior to use.
Those plastic strings look exactly like hairs.
I hope someone reads this and it helps them.

I love ur videos u have taught me so much especially wiv gel as I have a severe allergy to acrylic now all of a sudden after wearing acrylic nails for nearly 20 years so all I can wear now is gel 😭
