What's incredible Mark, is the huge quantity of nice people you'd met in your travels. I know many helped you for a cost, but still, with all the evil people everywhere, life has given you a road filled with nice, good intentioned people. Your night at the club reminded me my last time in Colombia. I became friends with all the crowd in the club. Everybody wanted to meet the mexican guy. I drank so much I don't remember how I got back to my hotel. And, that guy who took you to his house. It wasn't a hotel, but he gave you a beautiful rainbow. Good to know where did Shifty drifty's name came from.
Fuel is scarce. Depending on your route, you'll probably have to carry extra fuel. I have the "adventure" GS with the larger tank. It's been a few years since I was there, so you'll have to do some research. I suggest using HUBB and Google Maps (satellite) so you can make sure you have waypoints marked out. www.horizonsunlimited.com/ Also check iOverlander it's an app with tons of content. Well worth it. ioverlander.com/
Inspiring, no doubt! Best wishes from Portugal!

I tried working in an office for 9 years, but I thought that was crazy. hahaha
Awesome adventure, Shifty Drifty
Thanks 👍

Great motovlog, well done. Agree that sometimes you have to heed words of caution, especially if travelling alone.
Absolutely
Great
Hi bud I'm planning a trip similar. What's the availability of fuel whilst in Mongolia?
