As someone who lost their father who got them Disney annual passes as a child, lost him back in November of 2023 the Sunday before thanksgiving to cancer, I’m glad you’re able to see Disney like this and I’m even happier you’re going through chemotherapy. I hope it’s a successful as possible and that it absolutely beats your cancers ass into the ground. But either way, I hope you get to see Disney AT LEAST one more time, if not hundreds of more times 💙

What a fun video! Brings back memories of a magical visit my family had several years ago during the insanely busy week between Christmas and New Years. We had a tremendous downpour late in the day and the park literally emptied. My family waited it out in The Village Hause with hot chocolate, and when we came out it was MAGIC! The park had emptied, the Christmas music was playing as the light rain made the Christmas lights shine! The lines were totally gone and we could walk on every ride. Thanks for the memories! 😄🎄
In this episode of Fresh Baked, David learns how the weather is in the PNW! 😂😂 Love it. Sometimes the unexpected creates great content. My last rainy day in Disneyland was 13 years ago on Christmas day. It was sprinkling, and all the dark rides had crazy lines. So my sister and I rode Splash Mountain 20+ times in a row.(It was a walk on, and they just kept sending us along on our log) The ride operators had such fun with us. It is one of favorite memories. We absolutely loved it.
I had way too much fun watching this!! When the storm really started and we were watching from under your umbrella I felt like I was really there! Had to get a blanket cause I got cold! Hahaha Thanks for taking us along.

Visiting from Canada, and I have to say that after about 7pm on Monday and Tuesday the parks were as empty as I have ever seen them. Everything including rise was practically a walk-on. It was glorious. By Wednesday we’d done so much we lost any motivation to do much other than eat tasty treats and watch the world go by. Rainy days are the best!
Omg I literally begged it to rain when I was there last!!! Last day of our trip was soooo cool and lovely and grey and beautiful!! I had never seen the castle like that before but I loved it and now I get to see full Disneyland storm😍😍😍😍 THANK YOU!!!
a rainy day at Disneyland I've been through that before luckly I was prepared for it. Word of advice if the day is cloudy with Dark Clouds sun trying to peek out don't say it's a wonderful day. in a short time it will be pouring rain again.🤣🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂

It is weather like this is when the Jungle Cruise boats will usually get derailed. Mostly because all of the rain water dumps into the water system and the boats will float off of the rails. So if you ever want a "True Real Live Adventure" . . . Ride the Jungle Cruise when it rains heavy!
That looks awesome. I so want to be there on a super rainy day. I just want to put on my waterproof hiking pants, my silicone shoe covers, my sweater and my poncho and just have a blast.

I live in Rancho Cucamonga, and it was absolutely pouring yesterday and into the evening. We sure needed it though. Watching your video of the downpour reminds me of the torrential rain that Disney World gets. The only difference is that the rain in Florida is warm! lol

One of my fav things to do at wdw is knowing from living here that the skies are going to bust loose any minute and to get underneath where i will be dry and then watch everyone scatter when it starts to pour 😄 Best Disney entertainment ever!
We just returned yesterday from a 3 days there. Rained a little but was mostely sunny. What amazed me was how little ppl got bothered with the rain. I mean, everything continued regulary. No better times on rides, no relief on restaurants.

I remember once going on It’s a Small World and as we came out of the building it was pouring. We had no ponchos and only light jackets. As the boat creeped closer to the exit, everyone in the boat was moaning about the wall of water we were about to experience. It was an awful feeling having rain pour right on you lap!😩🌧💧
If you ever get the chance, on a cold and rainy evening head over to California Adventure after dark. With all the lights and the wet ground, it is absolutely stunning especially if the crowds are very light.
My god, that weather was crazy, we drove down from Vegas to our hotel room the day prior for our vacation and we could barely see the road from how crazy that rain was, even blacked out the hotel we we’re staying at momentarily. At least today (as I’m typing this) was nice and clear to go to DCA, and heading to Disneyland tomorrow!
Thanks for letting us see what it was like yesterday! Lol… I’m just a few blocks away and yes, it turned into a torrential downpour! I got as far as my porch and said, “Ok, I’ve felt enough” and went back inside. I really did think about going in… I actually have a FULL rain suit (pants, coat and boots) that I bought during El Nino. I just wanted to be able to walk the park in a full rain and be totally dry underneath. Then again with my luck it would have stopped when I got in the gate and I’d be stuck in it all day! Thanks again and hope to see you soon!
Such a lovely video I just love seeing the kids splashing in puddles at Disneyland lol I would definitely say Disneyland guests are resilient🖤 walt Disney world just seems so stressful (Disneyland is getting there too though....reservations and mobile order are killing it🙄😭) looks like so much fun if you where prepared for it!!! I'd be singing and dancing in the rain right along with brickey!! I love the fast past recording as well that is a serious problem 60 people is way way waaayyyy too many, I'd almost rather they do away with fast pass all together, nobody is above the line.
We used to love going to DL in the rain! Smaller crowds, the novelty of playing puddles at Disneyland, not caring if you get soaked on rides since you are already soaked:) Then going to the Plaza to eat and sit somewhere warm and dry:) We used to spend a lot of time at the Penny Arcade and Starcade when it was raining.
Thank you for this video so often people lose track of the purpose of Disneyland. I honestly don’t like the extended queue at space mountain…have ptsd from past visits. But this made Me Realize it truly is not that bad of a wait. Patience is key
The pavement in Frontier Land and New Orleans Square looks great in the rain. Fun video. As a person who frequents WDW I had to keep reminding myself that it doesn't rain in LA and these massive park puddles are new to you all.
Two things, one, I’m VERY happy for the trees, and vegetation, and river level at Disneyland to get the (much needed) rain. And two, I’m laughing out loud at the Seattle and Portland tourists trying to ESCAPE this exact weather by visiting Southern California……only to get horrible Northwest weather.

That was my experience. It rained for 3 days. Not as hard, but light rain all day and no one left the park. All the rides where long waits.
