WOODCOCK HUNTING

I was asked by Italian film maker Mauro Riga from CACCIA TV Italy, would i be interested in been part of a short film with my Springer spaniels while hunting for woodcock last winter. so i agreed as it was a nice opportunity for me to be in front of the camera for a change and see how the professionals do it. it was a great couple of days with the dogs and birds playing their part.

Hello master, I used classic shotgun and s.poze for a long time, and now I bought a y.automatic shotgun. It has a 12 diameter and a barrel chamber of 76mm. I went to the hunting dealer to buy 76mm cartridges for this rifle. I explained the situation. He said there is no 76mm cartridge. You can use 70mm cartridges. I was confused and said 70mm cartridges. I did not buy it and I am researching to see what is the truth and I want to ask you, my masters, the truth of the matter. Now my question is this: If you are using an automatic rifle, will the 70mm cartridge damage the 76mm chamber set of the barrel or not? Or, is steel shot or lead shot used? What are the details? I would be very grateful if you could answer me. I have not fired any cartridges in the rifle yet. I am waiting for this answer. Thank you very much in advance. Best regards.
