I was so excited that I might have an opportunity to work with her and went straight to her webpage to see about signing up for an appointment with her, but wasn’t having much luck, so went on Facebook and that’s when I discovered that she actually passed away. What a great loss for all of us! 😢 i’ve just discovered her yet I was gutted to hear about her passing as if I had known her for years.

I know. I was very saddened to hear of her passing. Shocked actually. I don't know the details but I wanted to keep her interview up so people could still learn and maybe find another practitioner similar to her.

I’m very grateful you did leave it up because there’s already been a few found keys to some health issues that were locked up from dealing with fluoroquinolone toxicity for nearly 5 now. What a shame it doesn’t appear that she wrote a book herself with her vast knowledge

Great interview! Sarah Bingham looks so much younger than 70 here. It's testament to how much of a difference good nutrition makes.

It’s awesome that this can be discussed. Once I cut out all of the breads and most veggies and started to eat mostly fatty beef… my autism and ADHD symptoms went by the wayside

I'm here because I just saw a Julia Ross video about this exact thing. She blamed the same sources in our diet. I'm on a FB site where young moms talk about feeding their kids whatever they will eat, even if it's pbj on white bread and justify it because of time and $.

Hi Cyndi. Yes, so many of our diseases and ailments come from the food we eat that is processed or filled with chemicals. It's hard to find clean sources but it's possible. It's sad to hear about kids eating poorly. My child gets homemade stuff all the time so it's possible.

Hi Nora, I'm sorry to hear that. Have you done some work to calm your body to alleviate the insomnia? Sarah has passed away so she isn't able to advise you on the aminos. You could check with a naturopath in your area though.

Carbohydrates are not an essential nutrient!!!
Figure it out for you and your family. Stop the cravings by eating meat and fat. I went from dirty keto, keto, to carnivore. Never felt better.
OMAD gave body a break to clean up dead cells (autophagy). I know by 3pm I need to get ready to cook and eat for the day. I do my cooking for others during this time.
The one meal a day should be used to re group as family time. No cell phone or media for 1 hr??? W teens????? Better start this habit early, lmao.
As a 65 yo carny now I can say I am not turning back to FDA HEART HEALTHY W A BAR CODE. Turn the food pyramid upside down and you will be healthier.
    Read labels!!!

Hi Diana, Some people feel that certain types of dairy are okay whereas others react to it poorly. Sarah looked at the impact of amino acids on how people feel. I'm a person who does not eat dairy because I feel much better when I'm not consuming it in any form. Thanks!
