You're not. I have liked him for almost his whole time in wwe. He's a great in-ring performer & a unique & interesting character. Some bad stories that he's had to work; not his fault. I actually really enjoyed his long run as champion in 2012, and I liked his heel runs as wwe champion in 2009-2010. We desperately needed a break from Cena or Orton always being the champion then. I was in the arena for his 2012 Rumble win, and I loved it. I usually agree with Adam on things, but not always.
I don't really get the hate for Sheamus. Sure he isn't the most interesting wrestler, but he's pretty decent far as I'm concerned.
I think the hate is because WWE (and the man himself to an extent) won't recognise his place; Sheamus is a mid-carder, in WWE that's nothing to be ashamed of when you consider the company is the cream of the crop in wrestling for better or worse.
But for some reason someone backstage is convinced they can keep trying to make Sheamus a big thing by giving him titles or attaching him to hot acts like Cesaro. It has NEVER worked and just drags down the title or thing in question.

I actually loved sheamus as a wrestler when I was heavily into wrestling. He was always a really good heel and he does well in the ring as well. I may be a bit biased cuz he was always around when I was really into wrestling.

And bear in mind, when I say meh wrestler, it's in perspective; he's in the same company as Seth Rollins, Finn Balor, Shinsuke Nakamura, Cesaro, Kevin Owens, Brian Kendrick, AJ Styles... being "meh" in WWE still equals pretty good, it's just a case of being stuck in the shadow of some of the all time greats under the same roof.

Tatsu was amazing in WWECW and one of the few great things about it in it's dying days. He had a stellar match with Christian for the ECW title on live TV and it was one of the best TV matches of the year. After ECW stopped, he became totally irrelevant. He had a good fued with Tyson Kidd on NXT(before it was repurposed into a developmental program) where the two put on good matches (that nobody watched), but yeah, that's all he did.

For some weird reason he's been one of my favourites (after the stupid king of the ring schmock). I liked his brawler style and he is decent at the mic. The brouge kick was simple but felt powerfull, his theme was pretty cool and his theme song (Written in my face) was a good fit.
He was booked pretty shit but I think he made the best of it and his fued with Daniel Bryan was one of the things that gave Bryan even more momentum + they had good chemestry!
